Venue registration form (barlegal.es/precios/). When you register to access pricing, we collect: first name, last name, job title, email, phone, venue name, company name, business ID (NIF/CIF), address, city, seating capacity, current TV/music contracts, internet provider and speed, and — if you choose to share them — your venue's Facebook and Google profile links. This data is submitted through a HubSpot form hosted in HubSpot's EU data region, and is used solely to evaluate your registration and, if approved, to set up your venue's licensing account. We do not sell this data or share it with unrelated third parties.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics is only activated after you give consent through our cookie banner — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google for this purpose.
Fonts. Some pages on this site load typefaces from Google Fonts. Where this happens via Google's servers, your device's IP address is shared with Google to deliver the font files. We are in the process of moving to self-hosted fonts to remove this third-party transfer entirely.
WhatsApp. If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy in addition to this one.
We process your data based on: your consent (registration form submission, with an explicit consent checkbox; analytics cookies, via the cookie banner), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. We do not process any special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Registration data is kept for as long as your venue account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 07).
We use only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to keep you logged in) by default. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them via our cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by reopening the cookie settings.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp (+34 634 370 399). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
We may update this policy as the platform develops — for example, once font self-hosting is complete, section 02 will be updated to reflect that. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
